Carradine Dispute Resolution
I am a lawyer and mediator residing in Victoria, BC. I started my mediation practice to help people and organizations manage workplace conflict in a constructive, respectful way.
Over a 17 year career in labour relations, I resolved hundreds of grievances across a range of employment settings. During that time, I also worked on many human rights complaints, the vast majority of which were successfully settled through mediation.
In addition to my legal training, I hold a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria, where I was able to apply dispute resolution theory to real world workplace issues. I also hold a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of BC, and have completed over 300 hours of skills training, including advanced mediation and negotiation skills.
My service offerings are focused on three areas: mediation, conflict coaching, and workplace assessments. These services offer practical, tailored approaches to resolving disputes, increasing conflict resolution capacity and strengthening workplace relationships. In these roles, I provide a respectful space where people feel heard and enduring solutions can be achieved that resolve disputes and improve relationships and organizational health.
