Workplace Mediation
Workplace mediation is a voluntary, informal, and confidential process where a mediator guides a process and creates space for people to work through their dispute respectfully and openly to reach mutually acceptable solutions. The mediator supports participants in reaching their own agreement and does not make decisions or offer legal advice.
Conflict coaching is offered in one-on-one specialized sessions where a coach assists leaders, managers or employees to understand and work through interpersonal conflict. It’s a goal -oriented process that helps to prepare for a difficult conversation, address a current conflict, or build conflict resolution skills.
Workplace Assessment
A workplace conflict assessment is conducted by gathering information about the workplace through a structured review of the work environment. It identifies root causes of conflict through interviews with staff and management and can lead to the generation of an action plan to address current issues, improve communication and prevent issues from arising in the future.
